Avocado Adventure

Ingredients

1 Cup/Handful of Spinach (40 grams or 1½ oz)

1 Cup/Handful of Bok Choy (40 grams or 1½ oz)

½ Cup of Avocado slices (60 grams or 2 oz)

1 Cup/Handful of sliced Tomato (120 grams or 4 oz)

22 grams or ¾ oz of Flax Seeds

150 ml / 5 fl oz of Hazelnut Milk

Protein 8g, Fat 21g, Carb 10g, Fibre 13g, 292 Kcals

Preparation

Place the nuts or seeds into the Tall Cup. Screw the NutriBullet Extractor Blade on to the top of the cup. Invert the cup, press it down into the NutriBullet Power Base and twist it into place. Blast them for 30 seconds. Put the rest of the solid ingredients into the cup and press them down below the Max Line. Add the fluid base to fill the cup up to the Max Line. Screw the NutriBullet Extractor Blade on to the top of the cup. Invert the cup, press it down into the NutriBullet Power Base and twist it into place. Blast the mixture until it is really smooth (20 or so seconds). Enjoy!
